张琳，女，太阳所有网址16877(中国)有限公司信息管理科学系教授，博士生导师。公司科教管理与评价中心主任。比利时鲁汶大学客座教授，湖北省楚天学者特聘教授。现任SCI/SSCI双检索期刊Scientometrics共同主编，国际科学计量与信息计量学会（ISSI）理事，国际期刊Quantitative Science Studies，Journal of Data and Information Science等编委，Elsevier国际科学评价中心全球委员会顾问委员，中国科学学与科技政策研究会理事，中国科学学与科技政策研究会科学计量学专业委员会副主任委员。十余次受邀在北欧科学计量与科技政策大会等国内外学术会议做大会主旨报告。在国内外期刊和会议上发表论文80余篇，其中，SSCI检索期刊发表英文学术论文40余篇，入选爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”。
